Return / Exchange Eligibility:
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
The product must be unused, with tags intact, and returned in the original packaging.
Applicable for size exchanges or replacement of defective/damaged items only.
Returns are not accepted for minor differences in shade, stitching, or logo placement as these are common in first-copy products.
Process:
Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID and photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address.
After inspection, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
Important:
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was damaged/incorrect.
No refunds — only exchanges or store credit will be provided.
